Sir .i want to know how the ZP value signifies my product?

It depends on what the product is to be used for. It is also dependent on the liquid that you measured it in. Most likely, it is pH-dependent, too. Being a biopolymer, I would expect it to behave similarly to proteins as far as electrical charge behavior is concerned.
