Good day everyone!

I am interested in learning molecular simulations of bio-molecules especially bacterial proteins. I have tried to watch/read a few lectures/articles regarding this. However, I am from a non-mathematical and non-bioinformatics background, and the lectures describe some advanced topics in statistical mechanics and physics. I would like to know in what depth I should learn these topics to understand molecular simulations. Any reference to a curriculum/list of basic topics would greatly help me.

Kindly tell me how to begin learning the simulations.

Thanks.
