Dear all,
I have modelled a drug efflux protein using ITASSER. I would like to upload the model in Protein Model Database (http://www.biocomputing.it/PMDB). The accession number is WP_000417519.1. However when I am trying to submit the model, an error message stating "no nr id found" is being displayed. Please tell me how to identify the nr id for successful submission. Alternately please suggest me any other databases to which I can upload the modelled structure.

There are three possibilities (https://bioinformatics.cineca.it/PMDB/help.php):
3. Associating a sequence database ID to the target When a new target is created, the user has three possibilities (snapshot). Give an accession number for the target; Ask the system to search the available databases to retrieve the accession number; Ask the system not to assign an accession number (useful for artificial or mutant sequences).
If you do not have a genebank id (gi) for the sequence you modelled, and PMDB can't find one either, submit it without a link to to genebank sequence by checking the third option.
