Hot oil flows through center with cold surrounding water flowing in the opposite direction. I have already chose boundary conditions:
oil/water inlet: mass flow inlet
oil/water outlet: pressure outlet
adiabatic wall (outer shell): zero heat flux, no slip
This can be solved as a typical CHT = Conjugate Heat Transfer problem, where the solid of the intermediate pipe wall is resolved by its own mesh and where only an energy equation is solved for the solid zone. Then you need to specify two fluid-solid interfaces : air-solid and oil-solid. This will alow you to calculate the heat tansfer from the oil to the air flow accurately.

, You should have three cell zones; if you combined them into one part, the boundary condition between them should be wall and wall shadow. If not , you should define interface between them.

Use "coupled" option for the inner wall and let the software calculate all characteristics by solving the conservation equations.
