Due to the dysfunction of cold room of 4 C, I basically created the ice-water bath for my cell lysate dialysis (should be at 4 C in cold room) in dialysis buffer. I periodically check the temperature of the dialysis buffer, it ranges from 4 C to 6/7 C, will that affect cell lysate activities?
