What steps do you follow to standardize an ELISA with 4PL?

Dear, please, could you share me, protocols on how I can standardize ELISA using 4PL, I am going to thank you.

I am a novice in this and I would like to learn, since in the literature they do not describe in detail how an ELISA is standardized. And so far I am guided by the protocols of the Commercial Kit, but I work with parasitic zoonoses and there are no commercial kits.
