What statistics tools are recomended to compare 2 groups of continous variables expected to follow a logaritimic distribution patern?

Hello

I'm working on a study to compare oxyhemoglobin dissociation curves. Close to 2000 data points were evaluated. Measured levels logarithmic are to be compared with calculated expected levels based on the same PO2. The distribution is expected to follow a logaritimic pattern. What's the best approach to compare both curves?

Montecarlo?

Repeated Measures ANOVA?

Other?
