I'm working on the lipid composition using Thin Layer Chromatography (TLC). I want to separate 4 lipid classes:Triglycerides, wax esters, free fatty acids and polar lipids. The lipids does not migrate on the plate and as I am using the same diluent as other protocols, I am afraid that the silica gel plate I am using is not the right one.

Can anyone tell me what is teh correct silica gel plate I should use for the TLC on those lipid classes?
