I have used the following parameters to simulate:
1. Loss method: SCS-CN, 2. Transform method: Clark UH, 3. Routing: Lag.
My simulated peak occurs 1 day after the observed peak.
It shows "Warning: Time of concentration increased to one time interval at subbasin X" which I'm assuming is the reason for the discrepancy.
What parameters can I adjust to shift the peak by 1 days and to esolve this error?

Brahim Abdelkebir I've found that if the input time of concentration is less than your simulation time step, then it is automatically increased to match the simulation time step (24h in our cases). So you'll have to reduce the simulation time step. The output graphs will look weird but this is the only solution I could come up with.
Based upon the selected model processes, the Clark time of concentration and lag time will shift the computed hydrograph(s). Decreases in either parameter will cause the computed hydrograph to peak sooner and vice versa.
I suggest using a computational time step that is smaller than 1 day. Typically, I set this to 1 hour or 15 minutes, depending upon the size of the subbasins and/or routing reaches being used in addition to the length of the simulation. In essence, you should select a computational time step that does not adversely impact the computed results. The only way to find the most appropriate time step is to change it and recompute. If the computed results change when you decrease the time step from 1 hour to 30 minutes, try 15 minutes as well. If the computed results do not change when you go from 30 minutes to 15 minutes, then you know you've found a good computational time step.

I believe that what will help you is the Lag time, it depends on the equation used to calculate it, it is the variation, so try different equations to calculate it, and simulate the model as the peak adjusts.

Hi Md. Tareq Aziz I would recommend the Kirpich formula, which relates length and slope, in addition to the De Rowe formula, which relates the length of the stream section to the difference in heights between one section and another.
