I wanted to work on magnetic fluid hyperthermia (in-vivo study) with an alternative magnetic field but I faced a problem with finding a good coil for it. Now I have my magnetic nanoparticles and I know how to induce cancer in mice but I am looking for an alternative method for hyperthermia with magnetic nanoparticles instead of magnetic field. Any suggestions?

Magnetherm works with alternating magnetic fields. I can't think of any alternative method to induce hyperthermia with MNPs.
By definition, magnetic nanoparticles are used because they can be manipulated by the magnetic field. Otherwise, just use biochemical drug delivery routs.
I think radiofrequency field is an alternative method, is not it? If someone has information about it please inform me.
I used solenoid (dimentions: diameter cca 7cm, lenght ~ 20 cm, number of Cu turns 46), which was connected in series way with capacitor C. This branch is driven by power generator (in my case ~ 300W) and with electrical voltage ~ 30Veff. Because on capacitor and solenoid appear then high voltage (some kV) therefore capacitor must be selected properly. The parameters LC determine frequency of series resonance. In my system, at C=1 nF, f=500kHz. Good Luck!
