Two chiral nonet model with massless quark - can anyone help?

You use of "two nonet chiral: M & M' " and their transformation under U(1)A, at the quark level, and also under left handed and right handed unitary transformation:

(SU(3)R * SU(3)L),

Unfortunately:

1) I can't find this two UL and UR, what are these matrices? How can I find them?

2) Why use minimum condition, what is the reason?

3)and can't calculate M(qqbar) → e2iM & M′(qqbarqqbar) → e−4iM′.
