One of the important test after the metal nanoparticles biosynthesis is UV-Visible spectrophotometry, in which we observe clear peak for example in 300 nm of the final powder obtained (metal nanoparticles), but what means the presence of same peak in the plant extract samples which also revealed peak in this lenghtwave?
Because usually the plant extract biomolecules are just used as reducing and capping agents!!!
