In the first architectural education, is it possible to add an engineering workshop that includes works other than architectural drawing and computer display?
Yes it'is possible, some spanish schools of architecture do it
You can check : Higher Technical School of Architecture of Madrid, i have a friend studying PHD there , told me once about the engineering program included in architecture studies .

Yes we too have the carpentary workshop,and I personally conducted a BRICK workshop for early year students with hands on experience in construction of walls, it is really very helpful for them to understand the basics of Architecture.
Yes, at the University of Technology / in Baghdad, there is a 2 courses in the year called laboratories that includes (9) engineering workshops such as welding, blacksmithing, electricity ...... etc.
