To minimize the effect of climate change, at least the following should be done:

• Decrease environmental pollution by CO2
• Decrease the use of energy sources derived from gas and oil
• Increase the use of alternative energy sources such as geothermal, wind and solar
• Make better use of fresh / drinking water, from the planet, through efficient management of available water in rivers, lakes, underground deposits and glaciers.

• 13.1 Strengthen resilience and adaptive capacity to climate-related hazards and natural disasters in all countries;
• 13.2 Integrate climate change measures into national policies, strategies and planning;
• 13.3 Improve education, awareness-raising and human and institutional capacity on climate change mitigation, adaptation, impact reduction and early warning;
• 13.A Implement the commitment undertaken by developed-country parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change to a goal of mobilizing jointly $100 billion annually by 2020 from all sources to address the needs of developing countries in the context of meaningful mitigation actions and transparency on implementation and fully operationalize the Green Climate Fund through its capitalization as soon as possible; and

There are many reaources that emit GHG emissions to atmospher evryday. Such as manufactring, construction stage, embody emission and goes on.

In any of above area can goverments make rules and new policy to control and diminish the CO2 emission of their products.

Developing countries are mostly industrialized and the hazardous bi-products are producing as the industrial out-puts causing serious impact in the destruction of environmental balances, ecosystem mismatching etc. On the other hand, they are going urbanizing by the same time by destruction forest land, waste land and their food chains, ecosystem as a whole which are mainly responsible for global warming causing drought, heavy rain, cyclonic disasters, landslides, etc.

Though climate changing is mostly happening for the environmental degradation , some bad policies of the political governments around the world,some of the developing countries are taking steps for reducing it to vain due to the shortage of fund,political farsightedness and sustainable commitments to the people.
