I have completed the testing samples of seaweed antioxidants. And I get results the % inhibition is very low. According the literature, a good % inhibition more than 50 %, meanwhile I get 22 % inhibitions. Please Help me
You can check the total polyphenol and flavonoids content of your extract to confirm your data in antioxidant. The activity is dependent on amount of phenolic and and flavonoid content.
