What are the liquid electrolytes which can be used with perovskite thin films such that the electrolyte do not dissolve or degrade perovskite thin film and also show good conductivity.
Perovskites thin films vary from insulator to conductors. In fact some of them are used as electrode materials. What I understand you are looking for electrochemical measurements on either dielectric or insulating perovskites thin films using liquid electrolyte. I believe the intrinsic defects during synthesis may create a space charge layer and provide erroneous response. The one alternate is to coat a metallic layer in suitable geometry using photolithography
May be use some anti solvents of perovskites (in which perovskite doesn't dissolve) and further try homogeneously dispersing your electrolyte salt in the solvent to form the electrolyte solution.
