I need to dissolve vitamin d in least possible volume of dmso not to kill the cells. But I need total volume of 1200 up to reach molar conc of vitamin d. Of this 1200 ul, what percent of dmso can I use ? And can I use the rest of 1200 as medium then add the vitamin d to medium-dmso then store. In -20?.
