In my proteomic results, there is change in glycolysis and TCA and i want to know that which pathway is involved in changing these major metabolic processes. For that i want to do some more experiments and need some guidance

By taking your identified hits from proteomics as a key proteins of glycolysis and TCA cycle, you can check the levels of metabolites that would have altered as your proteins expressions have changed. This you can very well do by MRM based Metabolomics by running your cell lysate with standards of these metabolites whose levels you are anticipating to be altered.

I wonder which model system you are using and what conditions lead to find changes in metabolism: hydric stress, lack of CO2….; but generally speaking you may want to measure glycolytic fluxes, oxygen consumption and the activity of the enzymes of glycolysis and TCA
