Dear Seyede,

i think filtration thru BIRM media would solve your problem, BIRM acts as catalysts for OXIDATION of Fe by utilizing Dissolved Oxygen, this will precipitate Fe as insoluble ferric oxide you need to back wash only for continuous operation with good Fe removal efficiency.

I have a rust remover whose ingredients are not known but is claimed to be non destructive to the metal and removes only the iron oxide .... I know it probably have a chellating agent ...I want to know more about the components ...what analysis are useful?
