What kind of bond does doxorubicin have with Silica nanoparticles?

I am working on loading and release of doxorubicin from silica nanoparticles. I would like to know the kind of bond between the DOX and the OH groups that are present in the surface of my nanoparticles. Also, what kind of bond would it be if I have a surface functionalization with Isobutyramide groups?

For plain silica, at neutral pH there must exist an electrostatic interaction.
