The teacher should use a particular style or method of teaching. Personally, I am always encouraging and motivating female students by asking questions during the lecture with all the students. In the case of the answer, give them degrees. This motivates them to think and activate memory, as well as courting them with flexibility. This makes them like the material and interact during the lecture

The first thing to give the student moral value and respect, must be to make the student loves and has a desire for scientific material, to diversify the way to deliver lessons and make the lesson cooperative and work workshops among students, be fair among all students. my best wishes
1. Ask a small question at the end of a lecture, but don't answer. Ask them to search the answer with in specific time, not more than a week.
2. Ask student to search research papers on a specific topic.
3. Give them assignment on different topic and ask them to present it before the class. This is a lengthy excersise and need a lot of time and dedication.
One of the most powerful elements of feedback for our learners is to praise them for their efforts and hard work.
Students need a classroom environment that is safe, where they are willing to take risks and struggle. To achieve this goal, the students and teacher must work together towards common collective goals. Students must be willing to work with and assist other students in class. Struggle should be acceptable and encouraged as a part of the learning process.
It is important to motivate students to learn their sense of responsibility and set goals, as well as creating a safe environment (non-fear of failure) and use of modern methods of communication between the student and teacher and the use of technology in education, all of which will stimulate students to learn.
Students need to be constantly challenged, after all, it is often just through a difficult problem or the proposition of a more complex question in the classroom that they feel motivated to research new sources, study and find solutions. Never neglect the ability that a gymkhana, a charade activity, or a challenging duty to motivate your students!
The best way of motivating our learners, at least to me, is to energize them before getting them exposed to teaching materials. By energizing learners , I mean , we should clarify how the lesson of the day is related to real life contexts outside the classroom. Vicki Halsey, a Ken Blanchard keynote speaker, author , facilitator, and trainer has come up with a model known as ENGAGE model, which is an acronym representing six key elements:
Extracurricular activities either individual or group ones always motivate students to learn in a facilitative healthy environment. Recognition such as providing incentives for such activities always encourage students and add extra value. I always give my students who participate in such class activities extra marks and certificates of appreciation and participation. This makes them actually love to attend class and be proactive learners.
By asking students, how they wanted to be learn; as they desire, I have to strategise accordingly; but first of all my students clarify, ma'am it must not be something about study!.....yes, I ensured that....they must not felt it.... like study...... and multi methodology approach to make learning happen, when students verbalize like; it must not be familiar to something like study.....!
What is your strategy to motivate students to learn?
Think following approach can be considered which are answer provided for another similar question asked (see RG link below):
Learn with an open mind - let go your ego, irrelevant experience, don't stereotype etc.
Learn with an end goal in mind - it is ok the actual outcome is not the same as the initial goal in mind. The actual outcome will be rationalized when you do the reflection later.
Top down approach - looking from big picture at top then drilling down.
Humble, passionate & persevere (hardworking).
Be resourceful e.g. refer to to Internet search, refer to ResearchGate etc., interact with the right people etc.
Roll up your sleeves / dirty your hands into the crux as needed because as Confucius said "I hear and I forget. I see and I remember. I do and I understand"
Constant reflection - each learning must end with reflection, this can help you learn better next time.
Give them respect, listen to their issues relating to academics and relating to their emotional and social life, give importance to their point of view, show your enthusiasm for teaching and an unconditional love for all students, provide them opportunities so that they can explore their true potential ,emphasize more on hardwork and importance of learning than on fixed traits like intelligence, take interest in their routine life like sports ask questions and give your feedback and suggestions for improving the performance in these events.
Always create interest in topic which we are discussing in class,Inbetween refresh class with Citing real life Problem, Telling Student Importance of class which currently we are discussing, bring focus of students in the class by Telling them Importance of Portion which we are Completing in class
Understand the causes of lack of motivation and then intervene to motive the students.Motivating a student having personal , social, emotional and family issues is hardly possible.
Accept the diversity in the class. Students have different styes of learning. They may have different IQ and EQ.They may be victim of parental neglect , divorce and other issues between parents .They may have emotional and psychological issues which may lead to depression and they become dysfunctional in routine life.
