I fully agree with You. But especially this problem of electronic services only touches the old people, because many of them do not understand how to practise with electronics. For them it is really a discrimination because of age, I think, as many of them are not capable of learning in such old age.

However, in the last few years, there has been a lot of progress in the possibility of remote, online implementation by citizens and by economic entities of various official matters with public institutions, local government entities, with the tax office, social security system institution, health care institutions, etc. -CoV-2 (Covid-19) has significantly increased the scope for citizens and enterprises to use the possibility of remote, online execution of various matters, making payments, financial transfers, submitting applications for launching specific public services and others.

Brazilian banks were the first to use electronic systems and online systems in the world!

I think I was not very clear in my posting for discussion.

When I say electronic services, they are machines that simulate a human conversation.

It is an AI electronics that talks to you to try to find a solution. Here in Brazil this is very common and today everything is like that. To talk to a human being and not a machine you need to be patient and have plenty of time.

I hate to talk to a machine and you?

Electronic service is becoming common recently. Taking a look at how our ATM (Automated Teller Machine ) operates and communicate with the client is quite interesting . Also , i have been using an infrared thermometer that announces the temperature of a client at a distance this makes it easy and interesting to use because using the thermometer without using the voice communicator mode makes the work stressful and makes me too focus on the task.

Another experience , is the voice communicator in some automated car that tells you or remind you of safety before driving off , instead of just giving you a dangers buzz without telling you what the the danger is.

To me talking to machine is fun as the conversation is concise and specific without confusion our mixed feelings.

Here in my country this information with machines has more than a decades. Exactly what you explained, it was spoken electronic notices and not conversations with AI machines.

I'm not talking about personal assistants, which are very interesting, and work well (Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, and others).

Conversations with machines in services should be optional, especially for services with telephone, internet and TV companies.

Every time you need to talk to them, you need to talk to a machine first, which almost always after several minutes ends up giving up and passes to a human being.

Perhaps, I'm boring and that's why I don't like to talk to machines.

I hate it when a machine tries to impersonate a person.

There are things that belong only to humanity and not to machines, such as cordiality, kindness, kindness, fraternity and mercy, even though humanity uses little of that, unfortunately.
