Hello,

I want to ask one question, and I know it may be too basic for experienced and

advanced researchers.

To work with huvec, I preheat 0% m199, 20% m199 , and Trypsin.

I also use opti-mem / lipofectamine during siRNA transfection.

I do not preheat those.

I want to ask whether those all materials above should be inverted or voltexed

before usage. I think that I don't need to voltex or invert

mediums and trypsins because I preheat them before usage.

And I have gotten good knockdown results without inverting or voltexing opti-mem and lipofectamine.

But I want to make sure about what I asked.

Thank you!
