Once I input the monthly climate data, CROPWAT gives ET0 and RAD as -99.99. But it is not the case for decades. It works for decades data. Anybody experience this?
-99.99 is usually showed by Cropwat when the model does not recognise the input data. Check carefully the format of the input data for solving the problem. Hope it will help, if still you have doubts do let me know.
I had the same problem with monthly data. Ahmed Hashem suggest that we should import data from CLIMWAT. This is fine for stations for which you have already created a file in CLIMWAT. But, how do you enter the data for an entirely new location for which you you do not have a file in CLIMWAT???
Thank you Ahmed Hashem for your answer. In your Option 1 what you are saying is that I should create a new data file (manually) in CLIMWAT, and import that file into CROPWAT.
