It has been observed that research questions of low standard are being promoted by some so called researchers . Such questions have nothing to do with the scientific research. What is in your opinion the solution of this problem ?
Hi Ashique, that is really the duty of the funding bodies to decide.
Researchers can propose all sorts of low quality research but unless anyone is going to pay then to do it then the work will not be done.
A second line of "defence" is the disemination of their research. In most "good" journals the research submitted for publication is reviewed by both the journal editors and 2-3 "independent" reviewers who are experts in the same field as the submitted research. Unfortunaltey this second line of defence has been eroded quite a bit recently by the rise of "predatory" journals and vanity publishers.
