In the vegetable seed marketing storage of seed plays a major role. there are many temperature range for different seeds. But it is not practically possible in the actual marketing situation. What would be the most suitable common temperature and RH suitable for the cross section of vegetable seeds.
The international recommendation for seed storage in genebanks is at -18oC. However, the seeds need to be dried to about 3-7% moisture content (~15% RH) to ensure that the seeds enter the glassy state, in which physiological changes, such as ageing and after ripening, may occur very slowly. depending on your aim (how long you want to store them), it can be stored at 5oC (fridge temperature) at 30% RH but the ageing will be quicker.
For marketing purposes, I advise that the RH should be controlled at ambient temperatures. A way to do this is to dry the seeds sufficiently if possible to the glassy state, then placing seeds in packets of laminated aluminum foil, then creating a vacuum in the foil and then seal. The seeds can be kept viable for a considerable long time at ambient room conditions up to 300C.
I agree with Mr.Daniel. If seeds are dried to 5-7% dpending on the species and packed in laminated aluminum pouches, seed viability of vegetable crops can be maintained for fairly long period under ambient temperature
-20 degrees will keep the seeds survive with no change in the dormancy level

The first thing to care about in seed storage is the moisture content.
After harvest, seeds usually show high moisture content, so they should loose the moisture content, which allows seed conservation with minimum loss in quality. If you don’t have issues with rain, and your area have a low RH during harvest, then drying seeds may not be necessary, since they will be harvest already with low moisture content. If the seeds are from fleshy fruits, they will probably need to be dried. Note that seed drying should be done in a way that does not damage seeds. The final moisture content varies according to the species and it ranges between 4 to 9%.
Another thing to care about is seed treatment. As most part of vegetable seeds are treated, you need to make sure that the product which the seeds will be treated with does not affect longevity.
The most appropriate packages are the ones that do not allow seed to absorb moisture, and according to the chosen package, seeds of each species should be storage with the respective proper moisture content.
It is important to remember that seed moisture content and RH during storage are the most important factors in seed conservation, followed by temperature. The storage must be dry and cool. Temperatures that lower than 20°C are desirable.
Considering the relationship between RH and temperature, you might work with the following situation:
T °C + RH < = 55,5
Finally, none of the recommendations listed above will help if you don’t start the season with high quality seeds.
I agree with Suemar Avelar. Seed moisture content during storage of orthodox seeds is the most important factor in seed conservation, followed by temperature. Our results obtained with seeds of several Brassicaceae species suggest that temperature might not be as important as expected, at least for medium-term preservation, and supports the possibility of using ultra-dry methods.
