Hello, optimal pH for production of biomass pH 4.5 - 5.0.

Optimal pH for production of intracellular polysaccharides pH 5.5-7.0.

Maximal biomass production in 11 day of cultivation, maximal extracellular polysaccharide production on the 7th day and maximal intracellular polysaccharide production on the from 6 to 10 day of cultivation.
