I was search in different catalogues and not found a toolholder for triangular insert with an angle of 30°.
Now 0 and 45 are available and thank you for that info.But 15 30 and 60 also were required for my work progress.I am in search in local market.
15° and 30° not exist in normalized toolholders.
For this reason, I think that the best solution is, if you have acces to a machining center, to machine a extreme of an steel bar to weld the insert.
You only need to machining the cavity with the triangular shape in the required position to form the angle.
Yes it is 45 degree tool holder that is the reason i written PTDNR type we can access some different insert and tool holder if rough sketch is available.
