In a test scale which has 11 test items, and each item has been assigned 0-6 points. It is written that "This scale is scored by adding responses to all items. Possible score range is 0 to 66 points. Higher scores indicate a greater frequency of engaging in overt and relational aggression."
My question is that what is the range of score that can be considered HIGH SCORE? What should be the minimum score to be considered HIGH SCORE?

Our scale was 1 - 7, you have 0 - 6 and can use a similar approach (low (0 - 1.99, mid (2 - 3.99), high (4 - 6), i.e. 2 in each step. If you divide it and explain the logic, most reviewers will accept it. You can use the same approach with a mean score of the 11 items. If you use a sum score, I'm not sure how to do it, but mean score should be fine if it is a validated scale that use a composite. (or else you have to validate the scale first)
