What I want to find out: Women who have higher levels of aggression, impulsivity and alexithymia than men with higher levels of agression, impulsivity and alexithymia have a lower sense of parental competence.

Here you said that women and men have higher level of aggression, impulsivity and alexithymia. I dont think there will be a difference between women and men in their levels of parental competence. Anyway, You will have to compare the parental competence of women and men.
If you have collected data from women who have lower levels of aggression, impulsivity and alexithymia compare the parental competence between women with higher levels and women with lower levels of aggression, impulsivity and alexithymia.
And again the statistical analysis you chose to compare depends on test of normality.

Hello, Lisa! It seems that you need firstly to define/identify women that have high levels of your interest variables. Maybe you can use already studied cut-off points for the measures you are using, or you can always use the "mean + 1 standard-deviation" cut-off to identify people that score higher. Once you have the groups defined, you just need to do a mean comparison (e.g., t-student) on parental competence. Hope this helps!
