Somaliland is a self declared State running its own administration and having all the requirement to be a Sovereign State, but its not recognized by the UN. What is the AUs take on all this? Resent Somaliland engagement with Ethiopia has stirred the calm waters in Mogadishu, so Somalia calls it an act of aggression, because Somaliland is a self declared State that still "heavily rely on Somalia eg passport"

first of all, Somaliland is not dependent on Somalia to issue its passports. Somaliland, which declared independence from Somalia in 1991, has established its own government institutions, including its own passport control system. It issues its own Somaliland passports, separate from those issued by the Somali government.
