What is the protocol of hydrogen peroxide scavenging assay ?

I am following the method of Ruch et al, 1989. But I am getting increasing order of OD with the increase of standard (quercetin) concentration. Can anyone tell me the protocol of hydrogen peroxide scavenging assay ?
