Check this article or simply use this method for H2O2 scavenging assay: take 25ul test sample+ 25ul ferrous sulphate (3mM)+ 25ul 1,10-phanathroline (3mM) + 25ul H2O2 (0.01%) followed bu incubation for 1 h at 37 °C and read at 536nm spectrophotometrically.

Calculation(%)= S-B/C-B*100 where S is sample (25ul sample), B is blank (25ul instead of sample) and C is control (no H2O2)
