To isolate tissue from canine you should contact a veterinary surgeon and rest of work like primary cell culture you can refer some article and to isolate protein for proteomics study you should follow kit based method for good quality proteins for NGS.
This is project which involves Institute approval after you have written all the procedures and got approved. Your Institute animal committee should advise you. Do you have canine with cancer in your animal facility. Cancer of which tissue you are interested. And why you are interested in Canine rather than smaller models.
