I would like to suggest looking for cancer of the head of the pancreas. 

"The onset of diabetes mellitus within the previous year is sometimes associated with pancreatic carcinoma. Even so, only about 1% of cases of new-onset diabetes mellitus in adults are related to occult pancreatic cancer."

You need to demonstrate the full clinical picture of your case! 

However, we can combine DM & Hepatomegaly in case of: 

1. Hyperlipidemia with fatty liver disease and

2. Hemochromatosis! 

DVT could be coincidental or associated with hemochromatosis as Dr. Rami stated above!

Or to make it more complex, we can combine DVT & Hepatomegaly in case of

1. SLE on steroid with APAS (hypercoagulable state) leading to Budd Chiari syndrome (hepatomegaly) + DVT  

Prolonged steroid intake can lead to DM!

2. Metastatic cancers which might also lead to DM like adrenal tumors (pheochromocytoma) or adrenal cortical cancers causing cushing syndrome! 

3. Adult onset homocystinuria  (rare)
