I am checking CR3 expression on PMA stimulated THP-1 macrophages. In my experiment i used antibodies against CR3 and checked expression by flowsight. I got nearly 20% control THP-1 cells expressing CR3. I want to see the effect of my experimental compound on the expression of CR3 level but I'm bit insecured as only few control cells show CR3 express. I want to know if real experiment conditions we get this less CR3 expressing cells or its just some experimental error in my case.
