P-Aminophenol is the hydrolysis product of paracetamol (p-acetaminophene).
The hydrolysis of paracetamol to p-aminophenol is catalyzed by an acid or a base. Without a catalyst the hydrolysis rate is very slow.
Paracetamol is a pain killer and antipyretic, whereas p-aminophenol does not have any biological activity.

Exactly, I do not understand your question. What do you mean saying: "the effect of paracetamol on aminophenol and hydrolysis".
I would say the same as prof. Karaman.
I would say however that p-aminophenol has some biological action, as far as I know. Don't you agree, prof. Karaman? It was found as one of metabolites of acetanilide, which was used as antipyretic long time ago as "antifebril".
Its biological action is weak, the compound is toxic, so finaly, p-aminophenol is not useful at all, as prof. Karaman wrote.
The Question is little how not exactly what you wants to ask!! But I would sayp-Amino phenol the same as per Prof. Karaman too. One thing I'd like to add is p-acetaminophen which is acetylated product of p-Amino phenol having with use in Black & White Film. Is it's true Prof Karaman?
