I have obtained an antimicrobial extract. I need to check its efficiency and thus carry out agar well diffusion assay. The test cultures are S.aureus , E.coli , Salmonella andBacillus species. What should the normal OD be kept to inoculate and can someone attach the protocol for agar well assay.
