I'm trying to make compacted pellets of Bi2Te3 from powders, trying to perform a sintering of the material taking it just below the melting point of the Bi2Te3.

But I have metallic reactors, (made from hot working grade steel). and the rectors last just a few runs, before the material diffuses through and the reactor ends usless.

I'm trying to look for another option.

Does anyone have experience Hot Pressing the material Bi2Te3 using another non-metallic reactor?

Anyone know what material for the reactor could work?

Instead of just steel .

I appreciate the help !

Thank you all
