Available commercial HIV Antigen assays are for the detection of p24 antigen. There is one Biotech, Sino Biological Inc, that has an HIV-1 gp120 ELISA assay, with a detection range of 62.5-4000 pg/mL. I do not know how well it works, but you can explore this.
