Hi! I wish to check the tumorigenicity of leukemic stem cells sorted from a specific AML cell line for which I need to decide three dilutions of cells to be injected. Though its a variable answer, please suggest some.
I am not sure, but as per earlier discussion with my colleague more than 10,00,000 cells may be injected to form tumor.
It must be more than 1000000 cells per animal in 200 microliter
Hi! I wish to perform FACS of cells isolated from a subcutaneous tumor. Kindly suggest methods that would be suitable for making single-cell suspension of the tumor excised from mice

I wish to maintain my sorted leukemic stem cells as "stem cells" and keep them from differentiating. Kindly suggest some ways in which this can be done. (Except for media without serum).
