Specifically: When using three plasmids in a transfection of GP2-293 cells, in which one confers GFP, one the envelope protein, and one the gene of interest (GOI). How much P3000, Lipofectamine 3000, and serum-free media is necessary in each reaction tube?

I am using a 10 cm dish for my transfection. Some sources say to add up to 10 micrograms of GOI DNA.

What is the smallest amount of DNA that you have used to successfully generate a lentivirus?
