What is the method of O-grid forming in corrugated surfaces?

I have a rectangular microchannel. There is some corrugated protrusion at the local area of this channel. I couldn't form the boundary layers with O-grid (in ICEM CFD)to this corrugated surfaces. I'd appreciate if you could help me. Best regards,
