In the treatment of cancer, individual difference is a prominent obstacle, so we should focus on a single case of cancer in order to make breakthroughs as soon as possible. Besides, we should realize that there just has to be something wrong with those models in cancer therapeutics if you look at the millions and millions and millions of mice that have been cured, and you compare that to the relative success, or lack thereof, that we've achieved in the treatment of metastatic disease clinically.

I agree with most of the opinion of Dr. Mohammed H. Musleh (University of Anbar, Department of Biology, Ramadi, Iraq). Cancer is occurring by the co-infection of HIV-1 and Flavivirus (enveloped +ssRNA virus; HCV in the HCC), and not by host genes and/or DNA.
Therefore, fucoidan (sulphated poly-L-fucose) is the drug of cancer and the anti-viral drug. I have recently recognized that human diseases including cancer have been occurred by the infection of vira (please see file; Feed by Measure).
By the way, the battle between algae and virus has already begun for 3,000,000,000 years ago, and uniquely L-fucose is used (usually D-sugar are used in plant) (please see file again HepG2 Fucoidan).

Who told you such a pessimistic thing as: 'cancer has no certain treatment yet'? Over 50% of malignancies are cured, and most just by surgery, the issue may be that 'cancer' is a broad content term, almost same as if you said: 'fever', 'pain', or: 'anxiety', for example, there are 40 to 50 diseases than can present as 'Cancer of Unknown Primary', and in this group, you have 20% of cases where origin is not found even after autopsy.
Of course, Cancer Science, both bench and bedside, is in constant progress and change, and few 'gold standards' exist that have not been subject to review.
As for everything, the longitudinal, diachronic approach is more realistic than cutting the sausage into slices.
