So, have serial killers the same features as psychological as physiological or physical? what is the their distinction point or common point?
Before trying to compare serial with spree murders, I am curious about what you may have already learned regarding the psychological, physiological and/or physical features of serial killers? This is a very diverse population, and I am unaware of any empirical consensus regarding these attributes. Both serial and spree killers run the gamut in terms of age, background, psychological and physical attributes.
If one were to examine only serial killers who prey on children, he/she would find significant differences in terms of their psychological and emotional development, physical attributes, not to mention specific differences in terms of their fantasies, antecedent behaviors, criteria for victim selection, methods used to access their prey, how they interact with victims (verbally, physically and sexually), how they kill and dispose of them, not to mention different expressions of post-offense behavior.
