The revision process of an article could take months for high impact journals. This situation implies that probably one author change his adscription during the revision process. What is the standard? The original adscription or the new adscription should be used or is an election of the author.

Unfortunately, there is no published "international practice" with nearly anything related to academic publishing - standards tend to vary by subject area, journal, publisher, and country. Having said that, in your case, I would suggest including both institutional affiliations. This is fairly common.
As Joseph and Abdelrahman have noted, the institution where the research was performed should definitely be included. In fact, most institutions ask employees to sign an agreement in their employment contract that requires work to be attributed to the institution.
Equally, it is important that readers know how to contact the author - hence, the current affiliation is also relevant and appropriate.
As an example, please note the author guidelines written by Nature Communications: "The primary affiliation for each author should be the institution where the majority of their work was done. If an author has subsequently moved, the current address may also be stated."

It much depends on the resources that were used in conducting your research. If you were assisted by a team of research assistants, used computer facilities or, in any way, benefited from your stay in an institution to research your work then you may have to use your old institutional links. Some journals allow you to mention that you were still at the university of... when carrying out this research. It is never too bad to mention that, since it also helps show your progression in the academic world.
Well, the research should always be affiliated to the institution in which it was performed. But in special cases where an author chnages an affiliation and he needs to add his new affilitaion during the revision as long as he comes clear about it to the editors. Publishers like Springer and Nature ask the author then to sign an authorship change form and mostly accept it.
