Leflunomide (brand names: Arabloc, Arava, Lunava, Repso) is an immunosuppressive disease-modifying antirheumatic drug (DMARD), used in active moderate to severe rheumatoid arthritis and psoriatic arthritis. It is a pyrimidine synthesis inhibitor.

There are other immunosuppressants. I do not quite clear the purpose of your research.
Read my articles and books in the RG - where answers to many questions. Unfortunately everything is written in Russian, but there is a summary in English.
Many immunosuppressive drugs act like toxic substances (toxicants). Effect in immunosuppressive drugs have a "more selective" than the toxicants. There are many similarities. A number of toxicants also act selectively.
I would be grateful to you if you could share those documents to the series of this questions. I would like to know about impact of Levamisole (stimulatory) and leflunomide (suppressive) on mice in terms of above mentioned parameters (Body weight of animals (in vitro study) and Thymus and spleen weight, DTH and HA titer.
Similarly what will be their impact in in vivo studies.

Dear Sir thank you so much for your valuable links.
I just wanted to know that these compounds (levamisole and leflunomide) if used as controls for in vitro or in vivo immunomodulatory studies in cell lines or animals;
What will be there effect on the above mentioned parameters.
I would like to assess the immnunomodulatory potential of phytochemical fractions and wanted to use these compounds (levamisole and leflunomide) as control.
If I understand you correctly you are interested levamisole and leflunomide?
Or you can use other immunostimulants and immunosuppressants?
You can use levamisole as an immunostimulant, and leflunomide as an immunosuppressant (I gave links to the sources of literature).
I think that for the implementation of your application, you can use these drugs, although I would take the other (see the links to the sources of literature that I have outlined above).
Summarized as Drug effects of a mineral complex solution - increases or decreases the expression of blood cells WBC sub populations in treated, determined by use of specific antibodies and flow cytometry. This immunostimulatory effect could supports use of the drug as an alternative to antimicrobials for improving productivity in the animal industry.
