I'm writing up a grant proposal soon, but first I need to get an idea of how much I need to budget for hiring a statistician consultant. What do people normally charge per hour for this? Many thanks!

Have you considered outsourcing it to Amazon's MTurk workforce? Alternatively since Korea has some research agencies that you can outsource data collection and analysis to, although at quite a steep cost, how about getting in touch with those research consulting agencies (I'm sure a quick Daum search will bring something up) and asking them to cost what you are looking for. My only experience with them was back in 2015 when I asked one company to quote a price on sampling participants and they came back with 10,000 won per head which I thought was astonishing for simple response-scale type surveys that I wanted to do, so I never pursued it. A final thought, by contacting someone with the statistical expertise you need, you may be able to collaborate and co-author and avoid having to pay someone for this.

In this case, I have already found someone who is willing to help. Co-authoring could work, but I'd also like to see if I budget in some funding for them and also some money for a research assistant.
