While most causes of pulmonary valve stenosis are congenital, carcinoid syndrome is one of the most common causes of pulmonary stenosis in adults. I would like to see if we can come up with an exhaustive list. What are some other causes? Can Libman-Sacks endocarditis be a related cause?

In the Central Part of USA, one must always rule out "fibrosing mediastinitis" from Histoplasmosis.
