I am designing a Resistorless low supply bandgap voltage references however there are effects of having a low power supply on the circuit's slew rate.

Slew rate determines an op-capacity amp's to alter its output quickly, and hence the greatest frequency of operation of a specific op-amp. The op-slew amp's rate can restrict the performance of a circuit and distort the output waveform if it is exceeded.
The internal frequency correction built-in most operational amplifiers to maintain stability, particularly at high frequencies, is the primary reason for slew rate limits. Small internal drive currents, as well as any limits in the output stage, are other factors.
The best solution is to lower the op-power, the amp's notably the tail current. When the tail current decreases, the slew rate decreases, the power burned decreases and the gain increases. You might also reduce the compensating limitations if the saving area is more essential than saving power.
Reduced voltage would reduced P or N types doping mobility or would increased the slew rate would distort the output signal of OPAM.
